Summary
World Heroes Perfect is a fighting game that was created by ADK in 1995 for the Neo-Geo, it is also the first title in the series that was only ported to the Sega Saturn. Ironically, it is also the last game of the World Heroes series.

Plot
A devious scientist, known as Dr. Brown, has created a time machine. He uses it to organise a tournaments for various fighters throughout all of history to combat each other. Many of the participating fighters are based on real life historical figures. There are 19 fighters to pick from.
