I am not sure where to place helpful hints for getting certain achievements. I was going nuts trying to get the one man army achievement. I found the easiest way to get it is by starting a new game, and taking a car onto the elevated tracks. From there, drive across the river into the next island. The tracks go underground, and immediately you will get a 6 star wanted level because you are in an unlocked portion of the game. The cops will come with full force to your location on street level, but will not bother coming to get you in the tunnel where you sit in comfort. Five boring minutes later, you have the one man army achievement.
