A list of working websites to use in-game at the TW@ internet cafe. Not all of these are confirmed. To check and see if they are legitimate, you can actually visit them online(real internet) and they ought to redirect to http://www.rockstargames.com/IV/.
The first one to start with are www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com, as it contains maps and cheats.
To disclaim, once you complete the game, you get an in-game e-mail with a link to the above mentioned website. However, earlier in the game, the site still exists and you can enter it manually.
NOTE: Entering this website does NOT count as cheating! Do it all you like!
NOTE: It would be really nice if, in the game, the green blips on the map disappeared once you've killed the flying rat, or completed the friend mission, but they don't. The maps are static. That means that you'd better keep track of what you've done and what you haven't. If you're going for 100%, do this right away. Because if you're an idiot like me, you'll kill anything you come across, but not remember when you look later on. You'll spend lots of looking for something you already killed. Poop. PLAN AHEAD!

You can use a USB keyboard to enter these addresses.
