Summary
Moonpod is a computer game company founded in 2002 and located in Sheffield in the UK. It was founded by Mark Featherstone, Nick Tipping and Darren Griffiths (who later left the company in 2005), having left Rage Software Limited shortly before it was forced to close. Their first release, Starscape, won the Game Tunnel 'Independent Game of the Year' award 2003. This was followed up with Mr. Robot which was ranked first in Game Tunnel's top 100 games, and won an award in PC Format's 2007 game awards.
Game Development Diaries
In March 2004, Moonpod took the decision to publish monthly updates showcasing the development of their games with the intention of detailing every aspect of game development.
