Random Characters

During the course of the game Niko is able to interact with some of the pedestrians in the form of side missions. All random character missions, except those of Cherise, Clarence, Ivan, and Jeff, contribute to 100% game completion. Typically Niko is paid for these missions and they are very short. Random characters are unlocked after certain missions have been completed and can only be found during certain times. Random characters are noted with a stick figure icon found in the radar when Niko is near. Random characters will not appear on the pause menu map.

Required for 100%

Mel

• 1 mission
• Located in South Broker on Mohawk
• Help him get his money back at a meeting in Outlook

Brian

• 3 missions
• Located in South Broker.
• Brian has three missions ranging from buying drugs to making amends with drug dealers after he cleans up.
• You must wait at least one week in game time between the second and third mission before Brian will appear for the third mission.

Badman

• 1 mission
• Located on a bench in Dukes.
• Help Badman resolve his issues with Russian drug dealers

Miss Faustin

• 1 mission
• Located on Firefly Island.
• Beat up daughter`s Boyfriend from The Lost.

Pathos

• 2 missions
• Located North on Denver-Exeter Ave. from Star Junction (Kunzite St.). (Denver-Exeter intersects Star Junction. The roads make an X shape.)
• Protect Pathos' reputation
• Take Pathos to the hospital.

Sara

• 2 missions
• Located in South Algonquin
• Sara's missions open up after you complete Hossan's mission.
• Take Sara home late at night and beat up her husband.
• Pick up a package at Perseus and drop it off to Sara.

Hossan

• 1 mission
• Located on the corner of Garnet St. and Frankfort Ave. in South Algonquin.
• Take Hossan to collect his handbag-selling money. Be ready for a car chase.

Marnie

• 2 missions
• Located in South Algonquin and the Varsity Heights
• Take Marnie to a drug dealer.
• Take Marnie to the train station.

Gracie

• 1 mission
• Located on Babbage Dr. in Alderney

Eddie Low

• 2 missions
• Located in Alderney
• Take Eddie to the Port to drop off "The Children".
• Kill Eddie.

Not Required for 100%

Cherise

• 1 mission
• Only available if you spared her in "Ruff Rider"
• Located in North Algonquin
• Help protect her from an abusive boyfriend

Clarence

• 1 mission
• Only available if you spared him in "Holland Nights"
• Located in North Algonquin

Ivan

• 1 mission
• Only available if you spared him in "Ivan the Not So Terrible"
• Located in Alderney near Booth Tunnel exit.

Jeff

• 3 missions
• Located in North Algonquin in first two missions, south Algonquin in final mission
• Take pictures of Jeff's cheating wife.
• Dump Jeff's wife's body in the river. (Jeff will call you for this mission.)
• Watch Jeff get hit by a car.
