Flying Rats
These images show locations of all the flying rats in Liberty City. If the dot is thicker, that means there are two or more very close together. Prime example is the statue of happiness, that has a total of 4 on the statue itself and one on it's north side. Click the maps for larger versions. I apologize for the bad quality, I am trying to get better shots or make better maps by hand.
The game splits this map into two parts.
Weapons
All weapons are surrounded by a orange glow.
Italics are the area and adress shown when pressing down on d-pad, ie Outlook, Tulsa St. Outlook are the area, written in white, and Tulsa St are the street written in green.

People/Characters
There are characters scattered throughout the city who will give you odd jobs when you walk up to them. They are not part of the main story line, but they are interesting side-missions and diversions from the main game. Plus, they usually pay cash. See this map for all the places to look:
Jumps
Throughout Liberty City there are ramps and other places designed for taking air with vehicles. Most, if not all, of these will take you into a special slow-motion camera mode when you take the jump for dramatic effect. Each of these jumps is a mini-challenge. See this map for all the locations for jumps:
Stevie's cars
POSSIBLE SPOILERS: At one point in the game, you will begin receiving text messages from a character named "Stevie" who will send you photos of cars he wants you to steal for him. This map shows the locations of the various cars he will have you fetch.
