The Heart of Liberty City Easter Egg
Once you gain access to Algonquin, find the Helicopter Tours (which is directly east of Happiness Island), and steal a helicopter.
Fly to Happiness Island and over the Statue of Happiness, then jump out of the helicopter at the statue's feet. You should land on the top-most tier of the statue, which is basically a square platform with a door in the center of each side.
Run around the platform until you see a door with a plaque on either side of it that reads, "No Hidden Content Here. It may seem like you cannot go through the door, but you can - it doesn't open, you simply walk through the door. You will find an empty room with a tall ladder inside. Climb it, and when you reach the top, look up to see a huge beating heart, held in place by chains.
Happiness Island Sweater
When you step up to the first door on the topmost tier of the statue (see above) you're given a Happiness Island sweater with the slogan, "Happiness is.." on the front and "...land" on the back.
Motorcycle Helmet
When getting on a bike, wait around 5 seconds and Niko will put on a helmet. When wearing the helmet, you´ll lose less health from crashing.
Blowout
Hold the gas and brake buttons (not the parking brake) at the same time to perform a burnout. After a few seconds the tyre will blow leaving just the rim and lots of sparks.
A blown tyre will flop-flop as you drive along, but drive too fast and it will disintegrate, leaving your car a drift monster!
Tyres don't like flames either. If a car drives through fire, like from a molotov, the tyres will catch fire. Wait and watch them for a minute or so and they will blow apart. Fun times throwing molitovs in traffic and watching all the cars that drive over it crash.
Free Toll Booth Passage
If you don't want to pay the five dollar toll booth fee, you can steal an emergency vehicle and turn the sirens on. This will allow the person in the booth to let you pass free of charge. Or you could drive straight through anyway!
If you are on a motorbike or on foot, you can go through the small gap at the outside edge of the road or along the median to avoid the toll and not get a wanted level.
Claude's Leather Jacket
Inside Playboy's wardrobe is the outfit with the leather jacket from the GTA III protagonist!!! It's only available if you choose to kill Playboy X.
Cluck Norris
Inside of Cluckin Bells, there is a chicken man doing karate. An obvious play on Chuck Norris. I wonder who he had to roundhouse kick to get in the game!
OG Loc
On the floor of the safehouse in Bohan is an OG Loc CD.
