How do I change clothes?
You do this in the social district. Go there and then to your faction hang out (top left on the map for Criminals, bottom right for Enforcers). In there find a purple screened terminal with a human figure on it. Use it and you can start buying/changing your clothes, as well as adding colours or symbols you have designed to them. On the right hand side of the clothes terminal screen, there are outfit slots that can be used to store outfits, simply by designing them after clicking on that slot.
You can also change your preset outfits at any time by pressing 'I' at an ammo terminal.
How can I sell weapons at NPCs?
You need to refurbish them first. Bring up the locker by pressing 'L', select the weapon you want to sell and hit modify. That's it, now you can sell it.
I can't find any more contacts I haven't maxed out!
Press 'J' and move to the 'Progression' tab, here you will see all of your contacts and can switch between the factions. Search for any contacts that are still under level 6 and click them to see which district they are in.
I'm out of bullets and out of money, what now?
Although this is very rare in happening, for criminals, steal any car off the street and take it to one of the drop-off points that appear. The payout can be up to $800 depending on the type of car and the quality you deliver it in (0 damage gives a 'Pristine car' bonus. You can also rob people on the street, by just getting close and press F, or you can ram store fronts with a large vehicle and then grab all of the items laying around. Stealing cars and smashing storefronts, will also increase your organization standings by small amounts.
For Enforcers, you can find criminals that have ram-raided stores and start picking up all of the items yourself, then taking them to the nearest contact for a cash bonus. You can also point the crosshair at a car and it will say if it is stolen in the bottom middle of the screen (Which means a criminal has taken it off the street then abandoned it), if it is stolen, you can deliver it to a drop-off point just as a criminal would and get similar bonuses.
How do you get the "Undertaker" submachinegun?
For criminals you get it if you advance the contact Bonita Benjamin to level 3. She is a G-Kings contact and can be received once you have reached levels 3 first with Chiro and then with Javez. If you have neither contact yet, you need to advance with any contacts you still have. For enforcer you get it from Kasper at level 3 as well.
